Life Update: I'm launching a writing cohort

My friends,
A few years ago I heard a story about MrBeast that has stuck with me ever since.
Back when he was at 100,000 subscribers, he put together a group chat with 5 other YouTubers who were all at around the same subscriber count. Every day they'd hop on a Zoom call and jam on YouTube. They'd dig through each other's analytics and tear apart each other's hooks, thumbnails, and titles.
Within a few years, all of them crossed a million subscribers.
I've used that idea for pretty much every new skill I've tried to pick up since. I find a few other people on the same mission, get a group chat going, and we hold each other accountable and share what's working.
So in February, when I decided to get serious about LinkedIn, I did it again.
A few of us made a group chat. We committed to a number of posts per week and kept a spreadsheet, so you could see who hit their number and who didn't. We gave each other feedback on drafts. We'd hop on calls and jam.

Only 6 months later, my LinkedIn is at nearly 15,000 followers (which, by the way, my follower count is the least interesting part). The cool part is, I’ve gotten high-ticket copywriting clients, a couple of advisory clients, the chance to angel invest in a few companies, and a lot of super cool people in my messages.
Since then I've had a ton of people asking if they can get into the group chat, or asking me to start something.
… so I did.
Introducing Publish30
In 30 days, you and I will write and publish 30 posts together, and we’ll do it alongside a group of other serious people doing the same thing.
I'm running it with Kevin Shim.
I met Kevin in New York a few months ago and we hit it off immediately. He fills in the gaps I know I have. I know how to write, I know how content systems work, and I know how to turn 1 piece into 10.
What I'm not is a LinkedIn expert (the algorithm, tactics, what's working right now, etc). Kevin runs a LinkedIn ghostwriting agency and he's the person I go to for all of that.
He's also built his career in public the same way I did, and he's grown an audience of 65,000+ followers doing it.
What's in Publish30?
There are 5 live sessions where Kevin and I teach what we've learned:
Session 1 is your foundation. Your niche, content pillars, and a profile that turns a visitor into a follower.
Session 2 is getting ideas. How to turn your life into content so you're never staring at a blank page.
Session 3 is how to write. Hooks, post structures, and using AI without sounding like AI.
Session 4 is the algorithm, and how to turn 1 post into 5.
Session 5 is a sendoff where we’ll make sure you’re set up for success.
There are weekly feedback sessions, and a community where you meet the people doing this with you (which is the part that made the group chat work in the first place).
You also get 4 bonuses: a day-by-day 30-day content plan (with example posts), 100 of our highest-performing templates, an AI idea generator and a hook ranker that scores any hook 0 to 100 before you post it, and 60 days of Stanley Pro.
Why it's paid
I could have made this free, and I didn't. Why?
Because free challenges don't get finished. Historically, self-paced courses have, on average, a 10% completion rate. And speaking from experience, people don't value things that they get for free.
It also filters for people who are serious about growing their personal brand.
Who this is not for
To be VERY clear: This is not a get-rich-quick course. If you want a way to make fast money off LinkedIn, this is going to disappoint you.
It's built for people who already have a career, company, or skill, and who want more clients, better offers, or a better job out of it. We're not chasing virality, and we're not trying to make anybody an influencer.
We start September 1, and doors close August 31 at midnight.

Ps. This is the most I've ever shared about how I write. For years I've written about building a career, not waiting for permission, and self-improvement… but almost never about writing, which is the skill I think I’m best at. Come join me :)
