These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jayyanginspires.com (the “Site”), the newsletter The Spark, and any free resources or content made available by Jay Yang (“Jay Yang,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

4. Newsletter & Free Resources

By subscribing to The Spark or requesting a resource, you consent to receive emails from us and you may unsubscribe at any time. Free resources are provided for your personal use only. We make no commitment to continue offering any particular newsletter or resource and may change or discontinue them at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Copy, scrape, data-mine, or harvest content or information from the Site except as expressly permitted;

The Site contains links to third-party websites, products, and stores, including Amazon (for the book), our merch store hosted on Fourthwall, and beehiiv. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, terms, or practices of these third parties. Before filing a claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and Jay Yang regarding the Site.
