These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jayyanginspires.com (the “Site”), the newsletter The Spark, and any free resources or content made available by Jay Yang (“Jay Yang,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, articles, The Spark, graphics, logos, the Spark mark, design, and excerpts from You Can Just Do Things — is owned by Jay Yang or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
4. Newsletter & Free Resources
By subscribing to The Spark or requesting a resource, you consent to receive emails from us and you may unsubscribe at any time. Free resources are provided for your personal use only. We make no commitment to continue offering any particular newsletter or resource and may change or discontinue them at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Copy, scrape, data-mine, or harvest content or information from the Site except as expressly permitted;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site;
- Infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of Jay Yang or any third party, or impersonate any person or entity.
6. Third-Party Links, Products & Stores
The Site contains links to third-party websites, products, and stores, including Amazon (for the book), our merch store hosted on Fourthwall, and beehiiv. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, terms, or practices of these third parties. Any purchases or interactions you make with them are governed solely by their terms and policies. Some links are affiliate links, as described in our Disclaimer.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Before filing a claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and Jay Yang regarding the Site.
